Working long hours, every day, leaves little or no time to do outside work activities. I have therefore found that I have become very focused, when I do have time, on key activities. I have prioritised, if you will.

This whole experience has led me to think about how good habits support other good habits, how positivity supports positivity, and how the converse is true.
You open an email. Immediately you feel angry.. How dare they! You’ll show them. You hammer (literally) at the key pad. All the anger you feel spills forth into the response. That’ll show them. You hit send. Sound familiar?
