The consistent theme throughout was that I was praying for myself, either to maintain the status quo or to ‘get’ something. It was a one way street; a street paved with ego, and needs, and wants.

Leave the rush and the stress and the busyness behind. Smile, breathe and walk slowly.
Know that each day, no matter how busy, contains instances of ‘space arising spontaneously’. These instances are your invitation to slow down and step out of the busyness. Whether or not you accept the invitation is, of course, up to you.
