If this period of change is to be exploited then it requires a change of attitude; a letting go of expectations, outcomes and fear. It is a time to slow down, to be in the moment, to be unafraid and to just be.
I remembered back to my yoga class a few hours earlier and the pranayama; I closed my eyes, turned my gaze inwards and focussed on my breath.
Back in January I published a post all about my ‘theme’ for 2012: letting go.
We let the technology companies fool us into believing that only the very latest computer/phone/gadget will meet our needs, satisfy our desires, fill that ‘hole’ in our lives.
This whole experience has led me to think about how good habits support other good habits, how positivity supports positivity, and how the converse is true.
