Finding the stillness within
I don’t know all the answers: I simply have faith in the path that I am on.

If this period of change is to be exploited then it requires a change of attitude; a letting go of expectations, outcomes and fear. It is a time to slow down, to be in the moment, to be unafraid and to just be.
I am looking at a theme that encompasses creating space, but more importantly that focuses on acceptance and gratitude for what is, whilst encouraging confidence and an openness to change and uncertainty.
The Universe is constantly providing me with direction. The question is am I listening; do I create the silence necessary to hear (just like the silent stadium)? And, when I do hear, am I prepared to follow that direction on trust and then, when asked, take a leap of faith?
By showing up I face the fear, I stick two fingers up to the apathy, and I kick laziness into touch every time.
The truth is that nothing external is capable of making anyone ‘happy’. Happiness comes from within.
