I am taking an extended break from writing here at ‘the spartan penguin’ in order to reflect on my work and to decide on the direction it takes going forwards.
The experience of unplugging has shown that the start to the day is much calmer without the internet.
I don’t know all the answers: I simply have faith in the path that I am on.
I don’t know about you but I am one of those people full of sound advice (for you) but not so good at taking that advice myself.
If this period of change is to be exploited then it requires a change of attitude; a letting go of expectations, outcomes and fear. It is a time to slow down, to be in the moment, to be unafraid and to just be.
I will run. And in running I will look for the joy.
